House May Still Try to Pass a Continuing Resolution

(Office of Democratic Whip Steny H. Hoyer) The House is currently
debating the Rule for
H.R. 2401 - The Transparency in Regulatory
Analysis of Impacts on the Nation
(TRAIN) Act of 2011.
Following debate
on the Rule, the House is
expected to recess subject to the Call of the
Chair. **Members
are advised that further consideration of a
Continuing Resolution could occur
as early as today. **Members
are also advised that the House GOP Leadership
has announced that weekend votes
are possible. This would be a change from
the Republicans’ previously
announced scheduling plan for the year and
further information regarding the
schedule will be announced as it becomes
available. .
