AFSCME Lobbies to Keep Transit Subsidy Cap
Friday, December 16, 2011(AFSCME)AFSCME International sent a letter this week to the House and Senate leadership urging them to take action to keep the transit subsidy cap at $230 per month. Without Congressional action the cap will be reduced to $125 per month in January. AFSCME is also directly working with Congressional offices to save the current cap.
